From Sell → Discounts → Coupons → New. We'll create WELCOME15 — 15% off, one use per customer.

Set the code
Type WELCOME15 — short, memorable, easy to type correctly on a phone.

Choose the discount type
Pick Percentage and enter 15. For a fixed amount instead (e.g. Rs 200 off), choose Fixed amount.

Set a usage limit
Limit it to one redemption per customer so it only ever applies to a first order.

Set a valid date range (optional)
Leave it open-ended for an evergreen welcome offer, or set an end date for a time-limited promotion.

Save and test it
Save the coupon, then run through your own storefront's checkout entering WELCOME15 to confirm it applies correctly before sharing it publicly.
