Set up shipping & print a label

Settings → Shipping controls what customers pay for delivery. If you use TCS, Leopards, or PostEx, it also connects your carrier account for label printing.

  1. 1

    Add a delivery rate

Set at least one rate — a flat fee (e.g. Rs 200 nationwide) is the simplest place to start. You can add zone-based rates or free-shipping thresholds later as your volume grows.

  2. 2

    Connect a carrier (optional)

If you have a TCS, Leopards, or PostEx business account, enter its credentials here. This enables one-click label printing directly from any order — skip this step entirely if you plan to ship manually.

  3. 3

    Save

Your delivery rate is now shown to customers at checkout immediately.

  4. 4

    Print your first label

Open any order, go to Print label, and Forma generates a label using the order's address and your connected carrier — download and hand it to your courier along with the package.

No carrier connected? Ship manually — it's just as valid

Update the order's status to Shipped and then Delivered yourself as the package moves — Forma's order tracking works the same either way. See Shipping & delivery.
