Configure how orders get to your customers from Settings → Shipping, and print labels straight from any order.
Delivery rates
Set up flat-rate, free, or zone-based delivery charges — customers pick from what you've configured at checkout, and the chosen rate is shown as its own line in the order summary.
Carriers: TCS, Leopards, PostEx
Forma supports these three nationwide couriers for label printing and tracking. Add your carrier account credentials in Settings → Shipping to enable label generation for that carrier — credentials are encrypted at rest and used only for your store's own shipments.
Printing a label
Open any order and use the Print labelaction. If you have a carrier configured, Forma generates a label using that order's shipping address and package details — download or print it directly for handoff to your courier.
Manual shipping
Don't use one of the three integrated carriers, or prefer to handle delivery yourself? That's completely fine — manual shipping (marking orders Shipped and Delivered by hand, tracking outside Forma) works the same way and needs no carrier setup at all.
