Getting Started

Go-live checklist

New stores start in Draft so you can set up at your own pace. Your dashboard's readiness card tracks exactly what's left before you can flip the switch.

Required — you can't go live without these

  • At least one active product.A product with a price, stock, and status set to "Visible for sale". See Add your first product.
  • At least one working payment method. Cash on delivery, bank transfer, mobile wallet, or crypto — enable and fill in at least one. See Set up payments.
  • Store contact details. An address or contact method customers can reach you at, set in Settings → Contact.

Recommended — not required, but worth doing before launch

  • A logo. Uploaded in onboarding or from Settings → General — it appears in your theme header and browser tab.
  • A test checkout. Place a real order against your own store (using a discount code for Rs 0 if you like) to confirm the whole flow feels right end to end.
  • A policy page. A returns/refund or shipping-times page under Pages builds trust with new customers.
  • Your GST rate.If you're a registered business, set your rate and registration number in Settings → Tax so invoices are correct from day one. See Tax & GST.

Where to check your progress

Your dashboard home shows a setup checklist card that lights up each item as you complete it, and a readiness card that tells you plainly whether you're ready to go live. You don't need to finish everything in one sitting — Draft mode has no time limit.

Going live doesn't lock anything in

Flipping to Live only changes whether the public storefront accepts checkout — you can still edit products, change your theme, and adjust settings freely afterward.
