The dashboard tour

Everything you do on Forma happens in one place: your dashboard, at forma.pk/app. Here's what each part of it is for.

The dashboard has a sidebar on the left, grouped into five sections, and a top bar that always shows your store's name and whether it's live.

Home

Dashboardis your home screen — revenue, orders, traffic, and your top-performing products at a glance, plus a "needs attention" card that flags anything worth fixing (low stock, unpaid orders, an incomplete setup step). See Analytics.

Sell

  • Orders — every order placed on your storefront, with its payment and fulfillment status. See Orders & fulfillment.
  • Products — your catalog: items, variants, categories, and stock. See Products overview.
  • Discounts — coupon codes and scheduled sales. See Discounts.

Storefront

  • Themes — pick a theme and customize colors, fonts, and sections. See The theme editor.
  • Pages — custom pages like About, Contact, or a returns policy. See Pages & content.

Growth

  • Subscribers — the email list your storefront captures. See Subscribers.
  • Apps — the marketplace of optional add-ons: reviews, loyalty, wishlists, crypto payments, and more. See Apps overview.

Manage

  • Accounting — cost of goods, gross profit, and inventory value. See Accounting.
  • Settings — everything about how your store operates: payments, shipping, tax, contact details, your domain, billing, referrals, and the Mira assistant.
  • Staff — invite teammates and assign roles. See Staff & roles.

The top bar

The top bar always shows your store's name and a Live or Draft badge so you never lose track of whether customers can actually check out. On the right: notifications, a light/dark theme toggle for your own dashboard view, and your account menu (sign out, or jump to the platform admin panel if you have access).

Collapsing the sidebar

On smaller screens, or if you just want more room, click the panel icon at the top of the sidebar to collapse it to icons only. It expands again the same way.
