Products overview
Products are the core of your catalog. Every item you sell — physical, digital, or a game key — starts here, under Sell → Products.
What makes up a product
A product is built from a few pieces:
- Details — name, a rich-text description (with an optional AI writing assist), and a URL slug.
- Images— as many as you like, stored on Cloudflare R2. The first image is the "cover" shown in listings; you can promote any other image to cover.
- Status — Hidden, Visible for sale, or Archived. Only visible products appear on your live storefront.
- Category — an optional grouping so customers can browse by type. See Categories.
- Pricing & inventory — a single price and stock count, or multiple variants (see below).

Simple products vs. products with options
By default a product has one price and one stock count. Flip on "This product has options" if you sell it in more than one size, color, or configuration — each combination then gets its own price, stock, and image. See Variants & options.
Product types
Every product is physical by default. If you've installed the Digital Products or Digital Keys apps, you can also create a digital download (a file customers get a signed download link for after payment) or digital keys (license/game keys drawn one at a time from a pool). See Payments & delivery apps.
Publishing
A product only shows up on your storefront once its status is Visible for sale and your store itself is live. Set status to Hidden to keep working on a product without customers seeing it, or Archived for discontinued items you want to keep in your records but never show.
Editing a product's price never affects past orders
